Lab Testing

Basic Blood Labs and Advanced Testing

Lab analysis is an incredibly useful tool for determining underlying physiologic conditions that may be  contributing to a given health concern.  Labs maximize the efficacy of treatment plans by integrating both biochemical factors (labs) and clinical presentation (symptoms) into the whole health picture, thereby identifying imbalances or dysfunction that may otherwise be overlooked.  Lab assessment is unique to each individual, and may include the following:

  • Comprehensive standard blood panels

  • Hormone Analysis  - sex hormones (estrogen, testosterone etc), thyroid and adrenal function

  • Celiac disease/Gluten Sensitivity panels

  • Vitamin D testing

  • Food and environmental allergy/sensitivity testing.

  • Stool testing for microbial balance and pathogens

  • SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) testing

  • Mold toxicity

  • Heavy metal and solvent toxicity

  • Neurotransmitter testing

  • Genetic testing
